Fruity, drinkable, and revitalizing, Baby Shark is a citrus-forward Session IPA dry hopped with New Zealand-grown Pacific Jade and Pacifica hops. A simple grain bill leads to a delicate body with minimal malt complexity, promoting major hop aroma at surprisingly sessionable strength. Who loves shark week? We doo doo doo doo doo do-doo…

Brewery draught, 8/7/22. Baby Shark?? More like Diacetyl Shark, amirite?! But in all serious, this was just about completely dominated by diacetyl, though it wasn't the disgusting character that makes it undrinkable, but rather the lighter character that very occasionally complements English-style beers and serves to dull the brightness completely, yet still allows it to be drinkable. So I drank my 6oz sample. The texture and attenuation were on-point, but the hop character was extremely muted.
