Taproom draught, 8/6/22. Clear brass-bronze. Quickly/fully diminishing, white head. Corn, sweet bread dough, bit of more rustic grain. Not overly aromatic, but clean with no booze. Soft, very malty, moderately sweet but appropriate to style, with ample attenuation nonetheless. Light hop bitterness and just a touch of not-sharp alcohol for balance. Even some yellow fruit and dried herbs in there. Lingering dry bitterness. Very clean. Impressed they made this but not surprised it's done well.
