750mL bottled Mar 11, 2020, drunk 7/31/22. Clear, bright peach-apricot with little/no head. Heavy lactic acidity with plum skin and tart plum acidity. Touch of acetic character, with rustic wheat and other grains and light vanilla hints from oak. Juicy plum and strong sulphur/funk with heavy wheat slickness and moderate lactic acidity. Great malt/wheat texture and depth with full attenuation and pretty minimal acetic character. Tart Brett and more plum skin and funk linger alongside big bursts of acid. Quite sour, borderline fatiguingly-so after one glass. More acetic acid in there than I first thought, I guess.

Cask at the blendery during the 3rd anniversary celebration. Pours unclear grapefruit pink-orange with a creamy, white head. Holds notes of pale wood, lemon, low acidity, some tangy plum. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tart, drying finish, further woody notes, cleansing acidity. Very solid.
