Draught @ Nytorv 11, Viborg. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with mild hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast and malty touches. Bitterish and estery aftertaste with papery touches. Not bad for the style, just anonymous.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, white head. Nose is a little greasy and malty. Medium body, sweet maltiness, overripe fruit and this greasy note continues. Some late hops. Kölsch is one of the most delicate of all beer styles, and should be crisp and crystal clear. Let's politely say that this is very far from it. 070619

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - pours hazy golden orange with a white head. Sweet bready malty and grainy grassy hoppy, light body, bitter drying finish.

DØE. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, grainy and grass. Flavour is malt, grainy, hop, grass, medium sweet, little dry and a little bitter.

Sample at DØE 2018. Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

[ As Viborg Lathinerhaven ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, cereal, fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, grain, mesk - cereal.
