Draft. A black beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee, liqourice, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, and liquorice, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ Aarhus Bryghus. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee, bread, licorice. Flavor is light bitter, roast malt, caramel, coffee, bread, licorice. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, dry light bitter finish.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - dark brown to black pour with a beige head. Roasted and sweet malty with cocoa, caramel, some coffee roasted notes, medium body, dark malty finish.

[ As Fur Royal Oyster ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, light roasted, light chocolate - coffee. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate, wood, roasted.
