Lavande & Mélisse is an exquisite blend of native and locally sourced apples pressed and fermented on our house strain of yeast. Resulting in a clean and crisp dry cider that was then aged on Lavender and lemon balm sprigs that have grown on our farm. Lightly carbonated, the lemon balm leads to a nice tart acidity, and lavender leaves this cider perfectly floral and calming. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind cider.

375mL bottle drunk 6/25/22. Clear, lemony-gold. Smells like cinnamon raisin bread, baked apple crisp and aromatic lavender. Very sweet, seemingly. And yet, no, it isn't. Wow. Sourness is somewhat surprising, though it's fleeting. Not sure where they're getting acetic acid from here, though. So not sure if that's intentional. Tannic and acidic apples, I suppose, maybe it's just super strong malic acid. Anywho, it's nicely dry yet very flavorful with low adjunct character (wouldn't even pick up on lemon balm or lavender in a blind taste, I don't think. Though it does taste of vague herbs). Soft, low carbonation and a bit muddled at times, though certainly not unpleasant at any point. A bit flabby, though and the carbonation could be a good deal finer/tighter.
