This pale golden ale has noble hops present in the aroma as well as the taste. This ale is unfiltered while being crisp and refreshing. A delicious choice for these hot summer days.

Warren draught, 6/18/23. Clear blonde, large head, moderate to strong retention. Very light nose, soft herbal, vaguely grassy hop with fresh, crackery, cereal grains. Not the typical appley kolsch yeast character; or not much of it anyways. Soft to grainy on the finish, lighter bodied, grassy and with light cracker and cereal grains flavor. Clean.

On tap. Poured a near clear gold with a white head that lasted throughout the beer and laced nicely. Aroma was full of sweet grains with some caramel and a nice underlying light fruit. Flavor had lots of sweet grains as well with a hint of nuttiness as well as an underlying caramel.
