A very pale, refreshing, low-alcohol German style wheat beer with a clean lactic sourness and a very high carbonation level. A light bread dough malt flavor supports the sourness. Add your choice of flavoring syrup. Raspberry Peach Woodruff

On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is dough, wheat, berry. Light body, berry, dough, cereal, grain, light tartness, decent.

Warren draught, 6/18/23. Mostly clear, pale gold. Small, white head, moderate retention. Strong lacto but also strong nutty, biscuity wheat. Light mineral and earth with dry yellow fruit rind. Clean, heavily lactic, with supple, chewy, nutty wheat and good grain and biscuity character. Well-attenuated. Lingering lactic acidity.

On tap at Kuhnhenn, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is on point, with a more-complex-than-usual yeast profile, showcasing the lacto decently, with moderate tartness and a wheatiness to it. Flavour matches, with a dry, tart, lacto-y, citrus character, and a soft wheat character underneath. Correctly made and much more pleasant than the myriad fruited faux-Berliners dominating the market nowadays.
