Common draught, 6/16/23. Clear, maize-tinted blonde. Small, white head quickly to cover. Is that Motueka I'm getting or weird yeast? Not sure but it's a bit sourish. Do get some nice corn and white bread-like malt behind it. But yeah, if that's Motueka, it's woefully expressed. Seems heavily boiled and just kinda vegetal. Otherwise clean. Malty, good attenuation, nice corn flavor but again getting little hop. Which is fine, as there's nothing weird going on in the flavor. Lovin the corn and there's a fruity, floral sweetness, gently tropical, from the hops, as it warms. Aroma seems to improve, as well.
