Bottle from Wine Warehouse, shared at the July PS Belgian Tasting Part 2, 7/13/24. Murky yellow, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, yeast, nuts, tea leaves, chesnut. Taste is tart bready malt, lemon, tea leaves. Mild tartness. Nice.

750mL bottled Jan 28, 2022, drunk Jun 3, 2023. Mostly clear copper-bronze. Large, off-white head, strong retention. Some nice dry and spicy notes in there, Belgian trappist yeast?? Definite horse blanket and wet dog, moderate brett with dry lime skin. Black pepper, coriander and grapefruit are pretty honest descriptors. Malts seem grainy and with hints of honey. Allllmost a curry aroma. Soft, spicy, malty, good attenuation, good malt depth. Welp, right away it's another solid Fantome. And here I just started trying them again and who knows how long they've been making good beer again. Really interesting, but unidentifiable, almost curry-like spice. Coriander and pepper are good descriptors. Light brett, more honey-like malt. Clean, soft. Lovely. The lingering Brett is just insane here.
