Im Taproom. Golden-orange. Kein Schaum. Aroma: leicht würzig, sonst nichts. Geschmack: limonadig, etwas Ingwer, Zitrone. Sprudlig im Mund.

Taproom draught, 5/26/23. Clear blonde-lemon-golden. Small, white head to ring. Nose is gentle, but noticeable ginger with restrained lime, light lactic notes and biscuity malts. Clean. Not overdone on adjuncts. Similar flavor with an almost chewy malt texture. Ginger is pleasantly not overdone with lime almost an afterthought. Very dry, good malt depth.
