750mL bottled 12/02/2020, drunk 5/19/23. Massive gusher, though I was able to corral most of it. Somehow the sediment didn't stir up though, so it's a clear pink-peach. Little no head. Pleasant fruit with low acidity. No acetic here. Light Brett, light mineral and soft wheat like nuttiness. Fruits are well expressed but not overdone. Soft, malty, wheaty, juicy fruits but high attenuation. Dainty, light, soft Brett, some mild residual sugar and very light raspberry acidity. At first I thought it was too soft and lacking in tartness, but it's a nice change of pace.

Draught at Gold Star: pours clear pink with white head. Aroma is brett, loads of berries, some wood. Taste is slightly sour, earthy, bretty, loads of berries. Excellent.
