Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy cloudy yellow color with a thin cap of a little white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal/grassy/hay and floral tones, super light on the honey, light grainy-ness, subtle peachy tones, subtle woodiness underneath
Flavor: mildly sweet through the prior noted aromas, light aftertaste of hay, herbal tones and honey
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, medium toned smoothness along tongue, finishes semi-crisp and herbal
Overall: I say nice grissette and worthy to have again - maybe with some grilled salmon!

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sour lime and kumquat aromas. Crisp with sweet lime and mild banana upfront turning to bitter earthy pith and tropical fruit skin in the lasting finish.

12oz canned 2/7/23, drunk 5/12/23. Pale, golden-brass. Small, white head, moderate retention. Nose is sublime with some months of cold-aging on it. Soft Sacch esters and beautiful, mild Brett create succulent fruits with gentle acidity and plentiful plastery-mineral character. Soft pepper and herbal suggestions on the finish. Lots of peppery phenol from the honey fermentation and more Sacch than Brett here, though still a healthy dose of Brett. Hint of lemon and honey-like malts, soft and malty with good attenuation. More spicy phenol on the finish. Not quite as impressive as the nose, but still flawless.
