Loam is the soil that is found in the Augusta AVA about 30 minutes west of our brewery. This American Viticultural Area is the home of the Missouri Vidal Blanc Grapes we used to showcase a harmony of our Missouri Saison with Missouri Wine Fruit. We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you.

Tap at Ale Arsenal. Overt funk and tart aroma, with white grape skin in moderate amounts. Pours a hazy chardonnay with solid white head. Flavor is white wine grapes, funky sour aspects, moderate tannic acids, and faint grass. Very complex and refreshing.

2022 draught at Tørst, 4/30/23. Lightly hazy, dull brass. No head. Surprisingly sweet, low acidity, with oaky vanilla and strong ester. Maybe not super complex but certainly dialed into the grape, with no acetic character, thankfully. Spritzy, sweet, lightly tart, strong but not acidic or overbearing grape. Soft and malty, good depth, decent attenuation. Clean.
