Brewed entirely with organic malt from Breathe Deep Farm in Claverack, N.Y., and malted by Valley Malt, we aimed for a light, refreshing, and well-rounded beer, whose qualities are accentuated by its two months of cold, wood conditioning. Breathe Deep Farm practices fully regenerative farming in New York’s Hudson Valley and is Regenerative Organic Certified for all its products.

Grand Delancey draught, 4/29/23. Clear, pale, white gold. Pretty decent head and retention. Not getting a lot of opium in the nose...some milky lactic notes though. Aka, massive mineral from yeast and water (not actually lactic). I do agree w Phillybeer that it's better than NK lager. More malt depth here, softer, cleaner, easier. More mineral.
