375mL bottle, pours an opaque cloudy peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma has pithy plums, a bit of wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is pithy and floral in the plum department, with light wild yeast, and a pithy murkiness. Good but rather simple.

2019, 375ML bottle pour, batch 1, at Tørst, 4/29/23. Beautiful plum flesh, clear. Large, plum-tinged, white head, moderate retention. Unbelievable plum expression. Soft, juicy, no aggressive acid. Soft funk and mineral behind it. Elegant, beautiful. Soft, quite dry, very attenuated in both fruit and malt. Extremely light-,bodied with plum character and light funk. Tart, easygoing. Don't taste any off-notes, unsurprisingly, but with the continued fermentation in the bottle, it's a bit passed it's prime and overattenuated. Still clean and flavorful.
