On tap at the brewery. Pours purple. Blackcurrant, vanilla, lemon, tart, dragonfruit. Medium body. Good.

Brewery draught, 4/28/23. Lightly hazy red raspberry. Frothy, raspberry head. Chalk and currant, mineral and tart lactic notes. Seems sweet and juicy. Clean. This is the stuff I remember. Tart, juicy, succulent, fruity, juicy. Just honest to God good ol fruited sour beer. Lactic acidity brings balance. Clean, tart.

Keg at the Grimm taproom, Brooklyn, 12/04/23. Cherry red with a crimson cap that retains for some time before clearing to a swirl. Nose is tarte red berries, funk, blackcurrant twang, damp straw. Taste comprises red grape must, blackcurrant pips, mixed berry yoghurt, straw, mellow funk, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Decent flavoursome stuff for just 5.1%.

Tap at the brewery in Brooklyn. A hazed purple pink coloured pour with fine pink head. Aroma dry prickly berries, blueberry, plastic, boysenberry. Super dry.. Flavour is composed of plum, dry berries, plastic, yogurty funk. Plum, dry funk. Palate is super tart funk, pithy, fine carbonation. Super dry finish.
