Bottle (216/540) pour shared with AFH, Chalumeaux, Clark VV. It's a dark brown-mahogany with thin cap of off-white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, caramel, raisin, alcohol. Taste follows aroma though alcohol more present. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a pretty good achievement for the ABV but the alcohol, particularly in the taste, while expected, is a detractor.

500 ml bottle. # 216/540. Color is a deep mahogany with mild carbonation. Aroma shows me toffee, raisins, rich malt, and toffee. The bourbon is definitely here and lasts throughout the sip. Pretty smooth considering the gravity. Probably would NOT know it is 18% ABV!
7/19/22 216/640 toffee, deep mahogany, raisin, rich malt. Taste is insane, holy hell abv is hidden. Wow. This is exceptional. Bourbon is here and lasts throughout the sip. Wow.
