IPA fermented using all Brettanomyces Brux Drei yeast, featuring Mosaic, Moutere, and Motueka hops. Funky brew with massive fruit notes: overripe pineapple, candied orange peel, and lemon.

Undated bottle (2022), drunk 2/24/23. Clear brass. Small, white head, moderate retention. Massive, fruity, brett nose with juicy tropical fruit and juicy brett. Almost watermelon or apple jolly rancher-like with lime, very mild rubber band and clean yellow fruits. Holy shit, that's fucking wacky as shit. The mix of tropical fruit from the hops and the brett create a watermelon candy-like character. Great maltiness, decent attenuation, lots of crazy tropical fruit.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Funky brett aromas. Crisp with sour apple, aspirin and bandaid upfront turning to sourdough and pith in the lasting finish.
