4 oz. pour on tap at the brewery. Opaque dark brown with ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is chocolate, roast and lactose. Taste is strong roast, toffee, dark chocolate, lactose, hint of fruit. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Enjoyable!

4 oz draft. Flavor is chocolate, mild roast and a soft bitterness. Good body and texture. Respectable.

Brewery draught, 2/2/23. Ebony, clear, dark beige head showing low-to-moderate retention. Dark chocolate, vanilla, little/no lactose. Some base malt honey-like character melding with black malt to give aforementioned chocolate character. Clean, no alcohol. Soft, mild, easygoing and drinkable with a medium-light body, very dry and lots of milk chocolate, espresso and vanilla. Clean, no alcohol.
