16oz can pours a dark brown, beige head. Nose has malt and toast, chewy, some marzipan. All that follows to the flavor. Creamy finish. Well made.

Pours a dark, brown-black, with smallish head. Aroma is burnt toast, roasted grain, some smoke. Flavors follow, with some breadiness and light sweetness. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Loving the popularity of this style amongst great brewers. This one is not wholly on style, a bit round and thick/creamy, nice chocolate notes and roastiness

On tap at Freak Folk. Pours dark brown with large creamy beige head that lasts. The aroma is bready malt and cocoa. Medium body, chocolate malt, roast, creamy, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

Brewery draught, 2/1/23. Dark brown, clear, magenta highlights. Beige head is well-retained. Nuts, brown sugar, rich caramel and honey. No toast. Hint of older coffee to balance. Clean, mineralesque and malty with great depth and lots of brown sugar and chocolate. Honey, light herbs. Mindless, delicious drinking.
