Brewery draught, 1/31/23. Clear amber, no head. Maple and very delicate floral notes with restrained bourbon spice. Low sugar, no booze. Golden raisin and vanilla are strong on the finish. Clean and little/no oxidation. Soft, malty, richer than the nose prophesies. White grape and golden raisin for days with elegant tartness mixing with spicy bourbon. Palate is coated with honey-like base malt. Never heard of this bourbon before but love the floral spice. Vanilla, caramel, more sticky fruit sugar lingering. Not boozey.
