10oz brewery draught, 1/30/23. Dark. Little/no head. Maple-infused bourbon is notable but not overdone in the nose, nor is it overdone with coffee. Not stale/ashen or harsh, but fruity moreso with good levity and the bourbon coming off spicy and bright as the maple aids in balancing alongside the base malt. Good aroma strength, clean, with no alcohol noted. Soft, malty, clean, well-presented with a medium-full body and high attenuation. No syrupiness or even terribly strong viscosity. Excellent bourbon, coffee and maple flavors with lots of roast, light vanilla and hints of fudge and dark fruit. Honestly, with the amount of mega abv stouts I've been having these days, I sort of crave the syrupy, viscous versions, but objectively this is every bit as good as those, with far less sugar than most, to-boot.
