375mL bottled Nov 3, 2021, drunk 1/15/23. Clear, ultra pale-blonde. Massive, snow-white head is well-retained. Well-developed Brett is fruity and funky with lemon, rich grass and mild band aid. Cracker and honey from the malt. Delicate, highly aromatic, clean, no alcohol or punchy/twangy Brett. Soft, succulent honey malt. A bit sweet. Floral Brett and a bit of bile mixed in there. Dang, the nose was sooo nice. Not bad or anything but not what the nosed promised.
