Hazy golden, white head. Smell and taste the same: like zesty pales but with the qualities of Burning Sky's excellent saisons. Good balance, very nice.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 02/12/23. Moderately hazed golden blonde with a decent white head. Nose is pale malts, grass, tangerine, herb, mandarin, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, pale malts, toasted grains, orange peel, melon, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough easy drinking pale.

Can. Online shop. Hazed straw yellow. Very fluffy lasting white foam. Pretty herbal up front. Lots of lemon peel and zest. Light and mineraly. Clean malt backdrop. Comes across slightly tangy and fairly dry, with a bright zesty bitterness. Light and airy overall with nice burp inducing rolling carbonation. Lean and crisp finish.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from BS online. Pours very slightly hazed yellow with a fluffy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour, fairly dry, with lean pale malts, crisp cereal, straw, bread crust, grass, lemon peel. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, lightly drying, more fresh biscuits, cereal, grain husk, grass. A slow starter but, once you dig in, there’s a really nice subtle complexity here.
