12 oz can purchased at Sendik's Fresh2GO - Marquette in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The pour is a clear amber golden with a small off white head. The aroma is rich caramel honey malt, nice earth, a hint of nuttiness. The taste is the caramel honey malt, grain, earth, mineral and finishes dry and clean with more of the malt. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and the clean dry earth malt finish. Nice Oktoberfest.

Pour is a clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is an ok toasted bread. Flavor is a better more rich toasted wheat bread. Finish is a little caramel left on the tongue. The aroma did not let on too much but the flavor really shined.

12oz can. Filtered caramel-amber body. Thin, fading head. Perhaps a little aggressive with the amber malt, a rather apple-plum red fruit toned variation of the style. Still true, with some nice lager tone. Amber vanilla, smooth caramel(?)/munich malt underneath. Well made, but maybe not my favorite recipe.

Keg at the brewery. Clear dark amber, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, caramel, molasses, earth, toast, faint hints of fruit. Taste is toasted malt, stone fruit, molasses. Medium bodied. Nice, flavorful, but could be crisper.
