Can, from TapRm. Pours clear golden with large foamy off-white head, faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, bitter resinous taste, thin body, long finish. Decent American style IPA.

Abstract artwork on $2 can. Pour is clear yellow with a foamy head. Nose is mild hop perfume. Taste is terribly on style IPA with a little volatile kick to it. Soapy nasty mouthcoating alky laced turpentine with some full bodied kick in the face. Yes very on style for a clean IPA. heheheh. At least there is a hint of co2 in this one.

Super clear and lightly golden and perhaps a touch peachy coloured body, with a very thin, single centimetre tall, pure white head that fades very fast and leaves no movement in the glass. Aroma of super citrusey and lemony hops and cleanser with a dash of light sweetness, but more lemon juice, perhaps a touch of grapefruit juice and a super light malt balance with a bit of alcohol noticeable. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very citrusey flavours dominate with a lot of cleanser-like notes showing a high astringency and depth from the grain, but the alcohol and bitterness are also quite strong throughout. Aftertaste shows some complexity, in terms of astringency, alcohol, citrus and some light hop notes that do show a little perfume and especially a lot of citrus. Overall, a softer APA that shows a lot of citrus and cleanser/herbal components in the nose and up front, but finishes relatively straight-forward and sort-of easy-drinking. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Total Wine in Springfield, Virginia on 20-October-2019 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 10-January-2020.

12 ounce can thanks to hershiser2! 12/30/19. Slightly hazy amber, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, passionfruit, guava, apples. Taste is tropical fruit, citrus, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, low bitterness.

Grape nuts and lemongrass nose. Clear amber, medium head. Cereal, grass. Light body, moderate carbonation. I'd call this an APA.

12oz can. Filtered DDH huh...that is different. 3 weeks old. Pleasantly bitter, bug orange tone from the Mandarina. Kind of an old school PNW taste and bitterness from the Cascade. While it does have some solid hop depth, its more of a traditional US IPA than a new school juice bomb. Some burnt, oily tones.

Tap at brewery. Pours golden. Aroma is pretty nil, some hints of citrus, but very light. Flavor is bitter grapefruit rind, like very bitter - as in eating just the white rind. Not a lot of other flavor, perhaps because the bitterness is overwhelming. The description notes it’s juiciness and mild bitterness. So unless this was switched with something else, this is a tad bit bitterer than mild. Note: going thru the menu this can’t have been switched. It’s the only one that makes sense (knowing the other beers).
