Bottle shared at Leightons place. Thanks! A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a a frothy white head. Aroma is peppercorn, lychee, grapey funk, pale grains. Flavour is composed of tart white grape, apricot pale wheat, lychee,. Palate is crisp and tart, drying finish, highish carbonation. Nice funky saison, grape

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, pure white head. The nose holds lemon, a little farmy funk, wheat flakes. Lightly sweet flavour with refreshing acidity, tart lemony accents, mellow sweet wheat, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, more lemon juice, restrained funk, refreshing acidity. Super drinkable.

Tap. Pours clear golden yellow, medium white head, dissipates slowly with nice residual and lacing. Aroma is dusty, Brett, basement, oak, hint of musty wood, sweaty socks, lemon, more dust. Flavor has a touch of tartness, medium funk, dusty. Light body, high carbonation, light carbonation.

Bottle from the brewery. Lactic nose, grapefruit, lemon. Lightly haze gold with lace. Lemony, grapefruit flavor, nice level of sourness, smooth, silky, perfect body. Awesome balance with great subtlety and a bit of nutty buckwheat in the finish. Great.

Bottle pour at NYC Beer Week Expo: pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, yeasty, and dank. Tart and lightly sweet. Subtle complexity. Not sure if I can really spot the buckwheat in this one... Nice, as expected.

[2/5/17] Draught at Suarez Family Brewery in Livingston. Thanks Dan. Golden. Dry, slightly tart, light sweetish hint, bretty funk, earthy, fruity, floral, rustic, wood. Really good stuff.

Tap at Shelton Brothers. Hazy glowing gold with a finger of foam. Nice earthy, brett nose with some dried pineapple and apricot. Clean and crisp with light clove and lemon on the finish. Great really.
