Don't get much hop presence, per usual with these hoppy sours.

On tap at Lovebucket. Aroma is tangy lemon, peach and melon flavours with noticeable acidity. Flavour is super tart up top leading into big juicy stone fruit notes and a dry finish. Really lovely.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours really hazy gold/grapefruit juice color with a slight white head. Aroma of funk/white berry/wood/citrus/fruit/ Wow! Med body or nearly. Flavor is mildly/moderately sour citrus/fruit/white berry/wood. Brett is really a supporting flavor. Earthy, tasty, Brett. This is really good.

On draught at Brave Horse Tavern. Hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Tropical fruit, yeast and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of oak, tart lemon, herbal yeast and bready malt. The finish is moderately sour with a funky citrus aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Bottle shared by Willrunforbeer, much thanks! Aroma is light oak, mild undescribed fruits, and hints of lactic acid. Maybe a traces of yogurt culture.

The flavor is really interesting, a subtle Danky pine found through out the entire sip with notes of rotten fruit, mild Bretty yeast, and a mild subtle white wine barrel treatment. The barrel doesn’t come off tannic at all. Good amount of tartness. Palate is pretty nice. I really enjoyed everything I have sampled from this series. Thank you Brian for the share!
