This big and bold India Red Ale, this beer has won a Supreme Champion Trophy at the International beer Challenge in London in 2016. It is a bold beer and one of our most passionate beer creations. Generous caramel characters form the backbone of that extra long flavour. Intense, yet balanced hop bitterness with a big hop aroma, packed with citrus, passionfruit and tropical ale characters. A strong, full bodied and balanced Ale that hits you with flavours.

Keg at the Cask pub and kitchen. New brewery tick. A hazed reddy amber coloured pour with a a lasting thin off white head. Aroma is nice jammy fruit, Mellon and mango and tangerine. Flavour is composed of sticky sweet tropical fruits, mango, lychee, melon, caramel and toffee malts. Palate is sweet and sticky, moderate carbonation,. Decent.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white to beige head. Caramel malty and piney, slightly citrusy hoppy aroma, hints of peanut, resin, orange, mandarine. Taste is dry, fruity and slightly piney hoppy, notes of orange, mandarine, orange zest, hints of red berries and blood orange, caramel malty backbone with a touch of toffee and peanut; full body, lasting bitter and fruity finish. Good!

From a 500ml bottle on 4/10/2016. Pours a cloud reddish brown, with a big foam head. Has a pleasant sweet nose featuring fruit, light caramel and toffee, lollies. Taste wise, it’s sweet, malty and fruity, with more light caramel and toffee and a hint of yeast. The hops sets off the sweetness really nicely. The body is full and the texture slick, with the carbonation average to lively. This apparently won a best beer award at recent UK beer show and I can understand the plaudits. A very enjoyable and quite impressive brew.

Hazy deep red - amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, stinging fine carbonation. Airy malts, sweet caramel and a slight, but odd, sweet tea. Hops bring spice, pine and mild marmalade. A touch of red berry fruits before a light finish. Hops psice lingers on. Hangs together well enough.
