Black beer with brown tint. High beige and very steady head. In aroma there's lemon grass, citruses, black coffee and roasted stuff. High bitterness, rather low sweetness. Tastes great. It's very drinkable. Medium body and carbonation.

Can from Piwne Mostly at home 08/12/2023 Dark roasted malty and solid hoppy aroma and taste, cocoa dusting with some coffee roast, pine needles, some nice hoppy fruity action running throughout, medium body, dark roasted malty and hoppy finish. Lovely textbook BIPA.

500ml can. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Roasty, dark malty and slightly zesty, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of coffee, dark chocolate, orange, grapefruit, lemon, orange flavoured dark chocolate, liquorice overtones. Taste is mildly bitter, roasty, dark malty and bitter, slightly zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of coffee and dark chocolate, lemon, grapefruit, orange, a mineral touch, some liquorice here and there; slightly reduced hoppiness in the finish, earthy coffee flavours come to the fore. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, quite intense for relatively low 14 BLG - although I prefer the more earthy, grassy, herbal, mineral BIPAs over the fruity ones I have to say this is a really good BIPA and definitely among the best on the (citrusy) fruity section of he spectrum.

Barwa niemal czarna, piana jasnobeżowa, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie cytrusy, iglaki, słonecznik, lekka kawa. W smaku półwytrawne, wyraźne cytrusy, lekka podbudowa słodowa w typie palonego jęczmienia i słonecznika, do tego lekka kawa, iglaki. Goryczka średniowysoka, wysycenie i ciało w normie. Konkret. Świetne Black IPA.
