Inspired by strong Belgian pale beers with bigger hop character, our first Belgian IPA balances the peppery, herbal and spicy hop punch of three traditional hop varieties against our the complex flavour profile of our house saison yeast.

Brilliant white frothy head stayed well on a hazy, lemon coloured body. Pith, yeast, outdoors, fresh & lemon aromas. Medium bodied. Airy on the palate, crisp, clean & dry on the back with a zesty tingle. Bitter citrus, Belgian yeast, lemon, & grassy tastes with a bitter, tangy finish.

Bottled 330ml (AbM)
Hazy yellow colour, medium-sized white head. Aroma has white pepper and wheaty banana. Light-bodied. Certainly Belgian yeast dominates, white pepper, dry fruityness, earthy and spicey hops. Bitterish grapefruity finish. Robust Belgian IPA.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, bright yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Herbal, yeasty spicy, slightly bready and grainy malty, minimally citrusy, grassy hoppy aroma, hints of sage, mustard seed, lemon, black pepper, some apricot and peach, pear and basil. Taste is dry, fruity, herbal-spicy yeasty, slightly citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon, sage, mustard seed, hints of unripe peach. Very nice and refreshing Farmhouse IPA.
