[ As Redchurch Dry Hopped Sour Wai-Iti ].Murky matt medium yellow colour with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, dough, baking yeast, tart, peach, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, citrus, lemon, baking yeast, dough. Dark yellow, hazy body, with a tiny head.
Aroma of lemon juice, orange, lemongrass, some barnyard, slight cheese
Tastes of citrus, lemongrass, candy, pears, green apples, subtle barnyard.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes sour, medium dry, citric, with green apples, some pears, some yeast.
Nice one. Quite unique style example, with a juicy sourness. Drinks really fresh, with the sourness not too overwhelming. Good stuff, while I’m still missing something.

On tap at brewdog shepherds bush. Milchig trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, Joghurt, süße Beeren. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, helle Früchte, lemon, Joghurt, gut!

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours hazy orange yellow, nose is funky, pineapple, toffee, taste is dry, juicy fruit, tart finish.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, mango, slight sour vibe. Taste is lilt-esque, faint sour but lots of tropical fruit. Clean finish.

Keg at the red church tap room. Was scolded by an american woman for ordering a third. Really? Fuck you. -0.2. A clouded milky golden n golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma is big tangy zesty pineapple, grapefruit, lime, bready malts. Flavour is semi sweet and sour tangy grapefruit, lemon, bready, tangy pineapple. Floral notes and dry spicy citrus. Palate is tangy and zesty, highish carbonation . lingering pithy zesty grapefruit and lime.

Keg at BrewDog Shoreditch - London. Pours hazy gold with a slight, creamy white head. Zesty citrus in the nose, lemon rind, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour, somewhat drying, with notes of pine needles, pithy grapefruit, lemon rind, dry pale bread. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean and refreshing on the finish, with more lemon rind, grapefruit pith, zesty lemon, pale wheat, hay. Really drinkable gear.
