Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, herbs, (porse) bog myrtle, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, peppery - pepper, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, hop - alcohol - spicy bitter, herbs, spicy, saison yeast, pepper, black pepper, alcohol, oak dry.
