Wheat and yeast aroma. Similar taste, slightly sweet, with some citrus fruits and coriander. Sweet aftertaste.

500ml bottle from a local Polish store, drank at home on 10th October 2024. Poured into a Munchen Kindl Wiessbier glass at home. Cloudy golden body, full on white crown. Spicy, herbal and citrussy, cloves, coriander and a little banana. Thought this OK.

Barwa złota, zmętnione, piana biała, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie kolendra, skórka pomarańczy. W smaku dość wytrawne, czuć podbudowę pszeniczną, kolendra, skórka pomarańczy. Wysycenie średniowysokie, ciało lekkie, dobra pijalność, piwo jest dobrze zbalansowane. Porządny wit.

Bottle on the train from Wroclaw to Frankfurt Oder, in the buffet car, 22/07/22. Moderately hazed golden orange with a decent white cap that stays for the show. Nose is lemon rind, herb, grass, clove. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, herb, grass, grains, light perfume, wheaten bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable Wit ... veers a little sweet.

Ein Bier nach Art eines belgischen Witbiers, oder zumindest versucht man es. Es hat durchaus einige Gewürznoten, aber nicht so ausgeprägt und harmonisch wie ein klassischer Belgier. Dennoch hat es mir recht gut gefallen, da es wirklich bemüht ist.
