Introducing Big Organ, a heavenly transatlantic collaboration between us at Hackney Church Brew Co and Columbia Craft Brewing Company (SC,USA). This DIPA hits all the right notes, with a choir of flavours that'll have you singing its praises.

Taking inspiration from the long British brewing tradition and the modern innovations of the United States we brewed Big Organ with Chevalier Heritage malt, a staple of Victorian brewing, and Citra hops, the superstar that revolutionised modern beer.

|Think of Chevalier as the baseline providing depth and richness that echoes through every sip. Then, we turn up the volume with a quadruple dose of Citra, bringing in a chorus of bright grapefruit, orange pith, and tropical flavours from across the pond. Big Organ is sure to shake the rafters!
