New seasonal beer for September 2024!
Robust New World style aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, grapefruit and blackcurrant from UK sourced Jester supported by delicate citrus, floral and herbal notes from the Sterling and earthy, peppery spice from the Willamette.
And there’s a little Citra in the recipe as well!

Hand-pulled half-pint in the Wrekin on 27th September 2024. Pale golden pour, clean and clear, on top a decent white head that hung around. Citrussy front with a semi sweetness, some floral notes in the nose, nice blend of hops.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2024. A clear straw gold coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is leafy hedgerow hop, grass. Straw, melon balls, hay. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, grainy, straw. Hedgerow hop firm bitterness. Palate is semi crisp, grain tannin, good cask condition. Solid hoppy golden.
