We wanted to showcase the wonderful hop of Simcoe which we paired alongside Idaho 7 cryo and a touch of Nelson Sauvin. We're tasting: pineapple, tangy grape, pithy tangerine and subtle berry character.

Keg pint in Bird & Beer, Shrewsbury on 31st August 2024. Light haze in the golden/yellow body, white head. Floral aroma with a citrus twist, taste also leaning towards citrus flavours and a mild bitterness in the finish. Went well with my Chicken Strips and loaded chips.

Keg at Mikkeller Exmouth Market brewpub, 21/08/24. Almost clear golden orange topped with a lasting off white head. Nose is grass, orange peel, citric tinged straw, melon. Taste comprises grapefruit, grass, light pine nip, melon, hint of stone fruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent enough pale.
