Bottle. Pours opaque dark red with huge pink head. Aroma is fruit, berries, malt, vinegar and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and medium acidic. Body is light oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sour with notes of cherries, redcurrant, gooseberries, rhubarb, bitter almond, apple seeds and faint his of vinegar. Well balanced

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy, dark red with a creamy, pink head. Spicy nose - but cherries?? Medium body, discreet sweetness, slight tartness, a little sulphur. Has an unpleasant chemical edge. Not overly pleasant. 261217

Bottle 750ml. corked @ home. [ As Løgismose julens ØL ].Unclear medium amber red colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, cherry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, caramel, tart cherry, light wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180329] 5-3-6-3-11

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter acetic flavor. Cherries not very present. average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Aroma: Sweet and sour cherries with sugar. Flavour: Sour cherries with some grape like bitterness and sugary sweetness. Aftertaste is oddly fruity and sweet. Colour: deep dark red with a pink head.

Bottle.Dark reddish colour with large fluffy pinkish head.Flavor of hops and cherries and even lemon feels a bit metallic and sweet but of hops flavor then cherries,sweet and malty finsish.My x-mas beer no 3 2017 so fare.

Hazy dark red, pink fluffy head. Malt and cherry aroma, piney hops. Sweet flavour, cherries and piney, slightly spicy hops. Not bad, pleasant surprise.

0,75 flaske fra tilbudshylla hos Netto Nørrebro, på hytta nov-17: mørk, mørk rød med eminent skum som følger med helt ned. Får en mistanke om at denne er brygget i Belgia (på etiketten står det bare "produceret for Løgismose Mejeri og Fødevarer"). Søte, deilige kirsebær (nesten som Hardangermoreller), milde citroner, mandariner. Hint av mandler og vanilje. 0,75 var ikke noe problem, friskheten og kirsebærsødmen holdt seg fint hele veien. Et kupp til 35 kr og et fint følge til Flukten fra hønsegården.
