Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours clear orange-gold with a bubbly white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of dried citrus peel, mellow festive spices, slight floral notes, sun-kisses pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly tidy finish, more mellow spices, lean pale malts. Tasty.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, smooth, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth malts, a light thin creamy sweetness. Light pine. Good juniper, not too hot, goes well with the mild citrus and crystallised fruits. Light crisp finish. Nicely judged.

Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2023. A clear orange amber coloured pour with a lasting loose beige head. Aroma is grassy hop, nutty malts, toffee, dried orange rind. Light spices. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, spicy orange rind, grass, dirty pine, grains. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, highish carbonation. Bit weird.
