Refreshing and ok wit
Hazy golden in the glass and a fine head.
Ok intensity in the aroma.
Mellow sweetness and a fine carbonation level.
Malty, wheat, mild banana, mild citric and a bit herbal flavor.

Lys brun tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter smør, lyst brød og noe tørket frukt. Middels fylde. Lett bitter. Smaker sitrusskall, grapefrukt, urter, smør, brød og lys karamell. Noe bitter. Middels lang.

500ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Sentrum. Rings of lace down the glassware, patches on the surface of a near-clear golden body. Fruity aromas traces of citrus, promising. Blended taste of lemon and orange, ripe banana and spiced wheat. Hints of bitterness to a soft fruity ending. Refreshing on a Yuletide eve. (Tromsø, 24.12.2024).

Bottle @ home. Unclear golden body under a fine, foamy white head. A bit weak in aroma, bread, wheat with hint of coriander and banana. Taste is medium sweet malt, kinda fruity, some wheat, some banana and a floral touch. Balanced body with average aftertaste. Nothing outstanding, but a decent brew. Not very typical to a Belgium wit, perhaps more in the crossing between a blonde and a wit.

21.11.2024, 0,5l bottle @ hotel room in Førde:
Big foamy longlasting head, cloudy dirty golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, cheap bubblegum, hay, wheat, yeast, flowers, paper, grass, herbs. Taste is harsh sour-ish floral, weeds, yeast, pepper corn, bark, sour grass, wheat, cardboard, medicine, light malts, paper. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Drainpour.

Bottle. An unclear golden colored beer with a dense, two-finger white head leaving curtains. The aroma has some orange and coriander notes, along with banana, wheat and bready malt hints. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, semi-dry, with a light bitterness. Fruity flavor, orange, lemon and banana, with wheat and pale malts in the back. Some spiced hints. Medium length finish. A decent wit-ish beer indeed. 241117
