Keg @ Olde Rose & Crown, Walthamstow. Crisp golden lager with a thin head. There’s more nose than there is taste to this brew, but is palatable.

Floury, wheaty aroma. Taste is initially grainy and malty but there’s a bit of light citrus hoppiness. Decent enough.

Can shared at Chris & Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig 2017 - Part 2. A slightly hauy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grassy bitter hops, pale malt, some herbs. Taste of herbal fruits, pale malt, mild grassy bitter hops.

Pure white bubbly head stayed well on a highly carbonated, hazy orange body. Tangy aroma of bitter hops, lemon zest & floral. Medium bodied, airy in the mouth - crisp and clean back. Bitter tasting with citrus & hops yet at the same there’s the traditional wheat & floral tastes of lager. Almost like a shandy. An interesting conception - and it works well.

Cock Tavern. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a fine crispness. Light malts, some mild lager character. Nice light lemony citrus. Mild bitterness on the light finish. Tidy lager.
