Stronger than the cask draught version, This cunningly robust ale is brewed with Crystal and Munich malt to give it a distinctive red hue in the glass. Liberal use of late Cascade hops lend a wonderful punchy northwest US hop character and bitterness, giving citrus-pine aromatics to balance the bold malt backbone. Coming in at a robust 6.2%, this ale will be a great sessionable IPA for the hop heads out there.

Can @ Crossed Peels, Stirling. Hazy amber-red with a glow and a small head. Hoppy effort but its strength transfers into a full body and its taste is very much red ale style malts - aroma too. There's a hint of chocolate in the brew too!

440ml can on 20th January 2024 in a Barnstable Spoons. Mucky haze to the red/brown body, soft beige head that tried to hang around. Malty front with a Rye like aroma and taste, some resinous hop action in there as well.
