Baltic Porter, a delightful brew which captivates with its rich, malty essence, and subtle notes of burnt caramel, creating an ideal harmony of sweetness. Its complexity lies in the deep and roasty flavours, leaving a lasting impression of indulgence and satisfaction.

Can from Beer52. Pours near black like a very dark mahogany with small beige head. Aroma and taste of roast, caramel, spice and blackberries. Mid bodied, semi drying, light tang. Quite fruity and milder on the roastiness so fits the style well. Might lack a bit of malt depth but I enjoyed it - went down well.

330ml can via Beer52; BB 16th August 2024, drank at home on 21st December 2023. Beige crust on a black body, looked good in my Westmalle chalice. Soft body feel, malty front with sweet chocolate and dark berries to the fore, finish is semi-dry, liked it.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A glossy black pour with a ring of beige head; aroma of berries and coffee; smooth body with both a grainy and milky texture, and some rich roasted malts; then a bitter finish with coffee grounds and a touch of chocolate. A solid porter.
