Mānuka is a brilliant beer and a testament to Tree House's unwillingness to let raw material costs deter our brewing endeavor. It contains literal buckets of Mānuka honey, a unique type of honey produced in New Zealand, primarily from the nectar of the Manuka tree. The addition of Mānuka provides an incredible depth of character, buoyed by an enormous addition of Peacharine and Riwaka hops. Pouring an incredible yellow color into your glass, the Mānuka character shines throughout with rich honey-caramel and floral note

Can, undated, drunk 12/5/23. Rich, maize-honey with a creamy, off-white, honey-flecked head that slowly recedes to ring. Peppery honey fermentation notes with lots of citrus juice and peachy-to-tropical fruits. Sadly no clear matchstick from Riwaka, but a good, hoppy, spiciness nevertheless. Clean, not too heavy on sugar, with rich malt notes in support. Soft, honey-like malts, very minimal actual honey character, just a dab of stickiness on the end. Juicy, tropical, spicy. Touch of pine. Big, rich, very amply bitter, with excellent malt depth and attenuation. Don't get too much of a sense of the honey, but that's ok. Don't get too much actual hop character, either. It's just sort of soft, rich sugar and hop bitterness, both quite vague in their actual flavors.

16 can. Thank you TJ. Aroma is muted from honey. I have to be totally honest here. The honey mutes any of the hops in the flavor. It doesn’t taste bad, but I just don’t get much other than honey and some malt sweetness. Meh.

Pours a hazy, soft banana yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, though a touch muted. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, with a very mild level of hop bitterness in the finish. Soft mouthfeel.
