Bought at Scratch before the 2024 eclipse, so 1 year old. Gushed upon opening, but I lost only a small amount to foam. Hazy off-yellow color under a big but fizzy head. Nose has the obvious barnyard smell, a but of funk, but no sourness. Lightly herbal and lemon nose. There is some champagne fizz, more citrus and lemongrass in the palate. Light malts, if there are any in here, maybe some grass seed. Hard to put together all the impressions I'm tasting, but just a nice fizzy brew.

Beer Temple draught, 12/1/23. Slight chill haze. Bronze-brass. Big, fluffy, white head. Botanical! Smells like fantome, but there's a strong actual saison yeast signature too, so that's awesome. But yeah, it's a lot of spice. In the mouth it's spicy, but mellow on adjunct. Leave it to these guys to do a 131 adjunct saison tastefully. It's certainly spicy and botanical but the malt and attenuation balance is perfect.
