Brewery draught, 12/1/23. Clear, blonde-golden. Dense, small, white head. Wow. Wax, mineral, smoke, earth, agave. That's pretty bitchin. Just so much clear, clean, strong mineral and earthy smoke but not too smokey. Tequila, spice, earth, wax, vanilla. Maybe a bit more spirit in the flavor than I'd prefer. Kinda bready. But great mezcal character, undeniably. Rating #2!
