FP draught, 11/18/23. Clear bronze-brass-golden. Small, white head feebly at cover. Lots of bubble gum, minimal clove, some banana. Cracker, wheat, crusty. Clean, light pepper on the end. Speck of mineral. Pretty hard to get too much aroma. Peppery, citrusy, quite different than the nose. Lots of nutty, crusty wheat and a bit of sweet malt. Light banana and bubblegum with pepper and clove acidity on the finish. These have been pretty mediocre lately (mostly?). Really Americanized, crude yeast. The malts and grains are nice though.

Pours a slightly hazy straw from a tap. Nice fruity esters and dry yeast aroma and flavor, some cut grass. Very good beer.
