Undated can brewed, unfortunately, at RiverWalk. Drunk 11/1/23. Looks good/healthy. Clear amber. Large, light-butter-colored head, good retention. Yeast is actually lovely. Seems very authentic with tons of lovely fruit ester, light earth, light mineral. Hint of caramel, hint of raisin, with orange rind acidity and more bare malt on the finish. Good acidity, fair bit of pepper with a hint of malty sweetness and light caramel character. Very fruity, medium-light bodied with good attenuation. Clean. Just a touch more malt depth would really elevate this. But this is shockingly well-made. Must be going in and brewing it themselves bc the brewers at RiverWalk can't seem to make a decent beer to save their lives.

Can from tfontana, thanks for the trade! Mostly clear deep golden color with a decent sized fluffy white head that shows moderate retention. Sweet bready caramel maltiness with bits of earth and spicy hops to counter. A little drier than I was expecting but nice flavors.

Can pour from Total Wine & More, Burlington. It's a hazy, honey brown with light sparkle, thin cap of beige head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong European malt, caramel and dark fruit. Taste is strong caramel, European malt and dark fruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste with lingering dry bitterness. Overall, pretty decent.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Nose is malty and light earthy grain. Flavor has caramel / toffee sweetness with some traces of smoke, and mild fruitiness underneath. Overall, a nice representation of the style.
