Aurora Beerealis is an IPA featuring a well-refined blend of what very well may be one of the best American hop combinations we've tasted: Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic. Its big, soft tropical fruit flavors are magnified by a distinct and complex aroma that keeps us wanting more. Thankfully, unlike its namesake, this Aurora is tangible. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we enjoyed brewing it for you.

Brewery draught, 10/28/23. Moderately hazy, brassy-golden. Small, white head sits at spotty cover. Spicy, blueberry laden mosaic and maybe a bit of wood and pine from Amarillo. Cracker malt and estery yeast. Juicy, somewhat piney, woody, Amarillo-heavy character. Robust bitterness and lingering light pine resin. A NEIPA in texture but maybe not so much in flavor and bitterness. Lingering resin...

Can pour from the brewery. Appearance is opaque dark yellow with no sparkle, ring of white head and trace lacing. Aroma is strong mix of herb, fruit and malt. Taste is strong mix of nondescript fruit (orange creamsicle) and lightly herbal. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent strength herbal and fruit.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Appreciate the tick! Aroma shows a good amount of orange. Flavor reminds me of candied orange, Bready malt and yeast. It taste good just looking for the extra pop!
